This study is being conducted to consider the effects of individual juror's religious characteristics on sentencing in capital cases. Participants are asked to read a brief trial summary and judge's instructions and assess a sentence in a hypothetical capital case. They are then asked to answer some questions to measure religious fundamentalism, religious salience, and some basic demographic information.
