This study seeks to assess how well individuals can take the perspective of another person. Participants will read a short vignette and answer questions about what the character in the story might think or feel. This is followed by three short questionnaires asking about participants' attitudes and experiences in public places. The study takes approximately 20 minutes to complete. The program used to run the study requires the download of a small javascript-type file and works best with Internet Explorer or Firefox.
