Mirjam Braßler
Mirjam Braßler’s research and teaching are as interdisciplinary as she is: not only is she a psychologist specializing in work and organizational psychology and educational psychology, she is also an economist, an educational scientist, a trained TV journalist, and trainer in interdisciplinary communication and collaboration. Having completed her thesis on interdisciplinary learning at the University of Hamburg in 2019, her research now focuses on teamwork, leadership, and education for sustainable development. Since autumn 2024, she has held the Chair of Work and Organizational Psychology at Kiel University.
