Sophie G. Elschner

Dr. Sophie G. Elschner wrote her doctoral thesis in empirical aesthetics at the University of Konstanz. There she studied whether our aesthetic judgments of paintings go hand in hand with our eye movements. Later she worked as a postdoc at the Fraunhofer Cluster of Excellence for Integrated Energy Systems for the science of science communication of the energy transition. She is also the author and artist behind psychoSoph, the comic on psychology, cognitive science, and neuroscience.
