Yannik Escher

Yannik Escher holds a master’s degree in Psychology (M.Sc.) from the University of Bern, Switzerland, and now serves a research fellow at the Chair of Economic and Social Psychology at the Leuphana University Lueneburg. His research encompasses various social and business psychology inquiries. More specifically, his work focuses on the assessment of individual differences in negotiation performance, the influence of strategies and tactics (for example, anchoring, rationales, concession-making, pricing) in a variety of negotiation settings, or on typical response behavior in research and personnel selection.
