Lara Watermann is a research assistant and doctoral student at the Technical University of Applied Sciences Augsburg, Germany. She has contributed to several research projects, including studies on teamwork in extreme environments and human–AI interaction. Her current work focuses on exploring team processes within virtual reality environments and the positive psychological aspects of human–AI interaction.
