Simone Kubowitsch is a professor of business psychology with focus on personnel psychology at the Technical University of Applied Sciences Augsburg, Germany. She received her PhD at the University of Regensburg, Germany, for her work on the influence of personality on coping with psychosocial stressors and promoting workplace health. Currently, her research projects focus on team resilience and analyzing team processes and stress using artificial intelligence algorithms within virtual reality environments.
