Suzanne Horwitz

Suzanne Horwitz is doctoral student working with Dr. John Dovidio at the Yale University Intergroup Relations Lab. Prior to attending Yale, she received her BS in psychology from Tufts University and worked at the Rochester Baby Lab. She is broadly interested in how social group attitudes form and how these attitudes lead to biased behavior, specifically focusing on the domain of social class as test case for understanding these processes. Suzanne's current work examines the role of implicit wealth attitudes in regulating favoritism/discrimination toward individuals with different social class backgrounds. Suzanne currently leads the SocialK Content Development Team. E-mail: s.horwitz@in-mind.org
